Target group: Vocational schools, companies with learners

Are you responsible for the area of sustainability & CSR in your company or do you supervise trainees in your company? Did you know that the new standard vocational training positions of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training oblige you to integrate "environmental protection and sustainability" within all training professions? This is exactly where myclimate can assist you: With our "Company Challenge", we offer your trainees a unique framework to contribute to a climate-friendly and sustainable company culture.

The "Company Challenge" gives trainees the unique opportunity to use their professional skills to develop energy-saving and sustainable projects. The apprentices implement their own projects in small groups and submit them in a competition. In addition, the apprentices analyse existing processes in the training company, independently develop innovative solutions and make a valuable contribution (e.g. energy savings, image enhancement) to the company.

The Company Challenge supports the trainees in their professional and personal development and in their integration into the working world. They acquire skills that enable them to actively and independently shape the future. After submitting the projects to the competition, they are evaluated by a jury and the best projects are awarded prizes at the award ceremony.
