myclimate supports Global Football United FC on multiple levels. In terms of content, myclimate will provide expertise in the fields of climate education, developing climate protection projects. myclimate will also be helping to organise the regular Global Football United events, such as the annual charity game in Namibia, so that they are climate-neutral. Both organisations have agreed to a partnership beginning in April 2014.

“myclimate is a partner to our team; a perfect partner with outstanding competency in all matters of climate protection as well as an enthusiasm for sport”, says Lutz Pfannenstiel. “Global Football United manages to motivate big names for a big goal. These players induce such excitement wherever they go that it helps embed awareness of climate protection on a broad scale”, says René Estermann, Managing Director of myclimate.
